What to Expect as a New Client

Everyone starts from a different place. Your health history, the areas you want to address, and the results you hope to achieve are all unique, so we never offer a one-size-fits-all package. Your first step is a one-on-one consultation, which follows three simple stages:

  • Conversation: We talk through your health and beauty goals and complete a health history screening.
  • Scan and measure: We use 3D digital body composition scanning to accurately measure your target areas and determine your Body Mass Index (BMI).
  • Recommend: Based on your goals and measurements, we let you know honestly whether we can help and, if so, recommend a session plan along with nutrition strategies that support your results.

Treatments Available to New Patients

Most new clients come to us for Emerald Laser, an FDA market-cleared, painless fat loss treatment cleared for people with a BMI up to 40. For targeted spot reduction in people with a BMI of 30 or less, we offer UltraSlim red light body contouring. If your goal is firmer, smoother, more youthful skin, our NeoGen PSR plasma skin tightening treats wrinkles, laxity, pigmentation, and acne scars on the face and body. Booking Your Consultation

A $250 fully refundable deposit reserves your consultation time. After your visit, the deposit is refunded or, if you prefer, credited toward your session package. Deposits are only kept for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. You can choose your preferred office on our consultation scheduling page.

Pricing and Financing

Multi-session packages lower your cost per session, and we accept CareCredit and offer monthly payment plans through Cherry so you can start treatment on a budget that works for you.

Preparing for Your First Visit

Wear comfortable clothing, arrive a few minutes early, and bring a list of any medications or health conditions. Staying well hydrated in the days before and during treatment helps both Emerald Laser and NeoGen PSR deliver their best results. Which office should I choose?

Choose whichever office is most convenient: Wilton for the Norwalk and Stamford area, Glastonbury for the Hartford area, Branford for the New Haven area, or Plainview for Long Island. All offices are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Can I finance my treatment package?

Is there any downtime after treatment?

Emerald Laser and UltraSlim have no downtime, so you can return to your day immediately. NeoGen PSR may involve three to seven days of redness and flaking while your skin renews.
