Session Package Purchase Agreement

  1.  Each laser session lasts 30 min in length and is scheduled in advance. Arriving more than 5 minutes late for your session may result in it being cut short. All sessions must be completed within eighteen (18) months of purchase date.
  2. Client agrees to provide Laser Body Renewal a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to any session cancellation. Any cancellations must be done through the session confirmation email by selecting the “cancel” button, telephone, or text message to (203) 423-2224 with the required 24 hours notice.
  3. The frequency between laser sessions is recommended at no more than two (2) per week. A compression garment is recommended to be worn for 48 hours post laser session. The client understands that hydration (2 liters of water/fluids) per day is recommended for best results.
  4. Termination or cancellation of a discounted session package must be done in writing to: frontdesk@laserbodyrenewal.com. Refunds will be done in compliance with terms of service specified by the card holder/consumer protection terms within merchant card processing agreements. Prorated refunds will be factored based on the number of used, missed or not properly canceled sessions and factored at a single session rate, not the discounted package rate. All refunds must be made directly back via the same payment method(s) used for purchase except in the case of cash. Cash refunds will be made by check or ACH only.
