Emerald Laser/NeoGen PSR Purchase Agreement

  1.  Each Emerald Laser session lasts 30 min in length.  Each NeoGen PSR session is scheduled for one(1) hour.  Arriving more than 5 minutes late for your session may result in it being cut short or needing to rescheduled. All sessions must be completed within eighteen (18) months of purchase date.
  2. Client agrees to provide Laser Body Renewal a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to any session cancellation. Any cancellations must be done through the session confirmation email by selecting the “cancel” or “reschedule” buttons or by telephone (866-41-RENEW ext 2) with the required 24 hours notice.
  3. For best results with Emerald Laser, the frequency between laser sessions is recommended between one and no more than two (2) per week.  For best results with NeoGen PSR the frequency on a single area should be at a minimum of ninety (90) days.  Energy based treatments like Emerald Laser and NeoGen PSR require proper hydration – found to be critical to both their outcomes.  After an Emerald Laser session, a light compression garment is recommended be worn for 48 hours post laser session.
  4. Laser Body Renewal agrees will make every effort to help maximize client outcomes.  However, individual results are not and cannot be guaranteed.  In accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes § 42-281 and New York General Business Law (GBL) §§ 349 and 350 both specifically prohibits “anyone in a healthcare practice or treatment facility from claiming a “guarantee” as it relates to human biological outcomes resulting from treatment(s).”  These claims are “strictly prohibited in cases where there are multiple variables outside of the provider’s control such as individual diet, exercise, genetics, stress levels, alcohol consumption, hydration, prescription drugs, and hormonal/metabolic changes etc prohibits anyone from making guaranteed claims about human biological outcomes resulting from treatment(s).”
  5.  There are no refunds for services/sessions rendered.  Termination or cancellation of purchased sessions or packages must be done in writing to:  frontdesk@laserbodyrenewal.com.  Unused session refunds will be in compliance with terms of service specified by the card holder/consumer protection terms within merchant card agreements. Prorated refunds of unused sessions will be calculated based on the number of used, missed, or improperly canceled sessions and factored at the single full session rates per session, not at the package or a discounted rate.  All refunds will be made directly to the same payment source used for purchase. Cash payment refunds will be made by check or ACH only.
